A listener asks about not getting great results, maybe lack luster motivation.....but the real lesson comes from what they are doing outside of the gym, and the intensity at which their training is being attacked. My advice is simple, do CrossFit the way it was designed to be done, first and foremost prioritizing nutrition! Then reducing fluff volume and attacking daily programming headlong. After doing this for sometime, then playing with accessories if good stuff doesn't follow then you may not being folowing great programming or being coached well. Results should be a part of all of our training, an expectation and a biproduct of our hardwork.
