Kirstie Law and Luke Latimer
Kate chats to Kirstie and Luke about their race in the Arctic last month. They talk about the cold and how dangerous it can be, what it’s like to ski and hike pulling a pulk and how they joined up to finish the race together. Competing in such an extreme environment, they discussed their mindsets on the event and the fact that despite putting aside all thoughts of competitiveness, they managed to podium. Apologies for Luke’s audio at the start, but he does manage to improve it later on. Photo Courtesy: The Spine [https://www.thespinerace.com/race/arctic/] Thanks for tuning in!
