Part 2 with Sav is raw, honest, healing… and unexpectedly hilarious (because somehow we always end up there).

In this continuation of Sav’s story, we pick up after baby arrives and follow her through the whirlwind of young motherhood, working multiple jobs, postpartum depression, and trying to prove—to everyone—that she could do it all. She opens up about the early red flags in her first marriage, the isolation, the manipulation, and the moment she realized she wasn’t just unhappy… she wasn’t safe.
Sav shares what it was like navigating emotional abuse, reactive abuse, financial control, and the psychological toll of constantly feeling unseen. She talks about the final breaking point, the courage it took to pack up and leave, and the long drive home that changed everything.
From there, we move into healing—what it looked like to start over, to sit in the absence of chaos, and to learn how to feel safe in a healthy relationship. She opens up about rebuilding her sense of self, learning to trust again, and the powerful moment her son asked Corden to adopt him.
We also talk about:
* The difference between chaos and love
* What healthy partnership actually looks like
* Trauma resurfacing when you finally feel safe
* The growth that comes after survival mode
* And how to recognize the difference between red flags and real connection
