CRM Specialist, Global   

Podimo is one of the fastest growing Podcast & Audiobook platforms in Europe. We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to identify, develop and own large aspects of our global CRM landscape - from ideation to execution. The ideal candidate is a go-getter, independent and data driven. 

About the role:

You will be part of the Global Product team located in Copenhagen and have a strong collaboration with the Global Commercial team. You will report to the Head of UX & CRM and together you will own the CRM customer journey, ensuring that personalisation, automation, experimentation and data analytics come together and incrementally improve the conversion rates across Podimos CRM landscape. What you'll do:

  • Map, create and maintain a best-in-class lifecycle and CRM strategy across all our markets.

  • Test new ways to scale our CRM growth through commercial messaging, creatives, segmentation - primarily through email, push and the in-app channel.

  • Maintain alignment between the product experience (ie. onboarding, engagement, winback) and CRM-channels to ensure incremental conversion rate improvements.

  • Understand the customer journey and identify new conversion opportunities.

  • Work closely with the Tech, Design, Growth and Web teams to create new concepts for experimentation and conduct recommendations for improvement.

  • Create analysis performance and communicate reports/learnings for the broader team.

  • Be the key stakeholder in user focused projects where the purpose is to optimize conversion, engagement, retention and winback.

The desired candidate for the job:

You are a go-getter, critical thinking and have problem-solving capabilities with a strong customer-oriented attitude. You are driven by metrics and have experience with building and optimizing automated CRM flows. You have an analytical mindset being able to translate insights into needs to ultimately improve the product performance.  

You are a CRM software expert (Braze, Leanplum, Clever Tap or similar) and have a deep understanding of how to create and optimise multichannel CRM experiences (email/push/in-app). You master split-experimentation/analytics and are comfortable managing these disciplines simultaneously. Strong sense of curiosity and digging into what triggers customers to convert is what motivates you the most. Working in a fast paced start-up culture excites you and you have an inclusive personality.

  • 2+ years of experience with CRM.

  • Operational experience with lifecycle flows and multivariate testing using CRM software.

  • Experience from an app-/digital subscription based business.

  • Basic coding skills in CSS, HTML, Javascript or JQuery is a big plus.

  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal.

  • Passionate & knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media and entertainment is a big plus.
