About A Couple of Counselors

Two Licensed Clinical Social Workers… who happen to be married. We share clinical and personal experiences, catalog strategies that promote change, balance and connection. Our mission is to decrease suffering. We love polyvagal theory, creating secure attachments, Buddhist psychotherapy and somatic healing. As licensed alcohol and drug counselors trained in EMDR we bring years of experience. As partners since 2010, we bring insight into how we implement these strategies in our daily lives.
