Planting Seeds to Grow Mental WellnessOur communities are currently being challenged by a variety of issues that are creating struggles for our youth related to mental health. Brain Garden is a monthly collaboration between Cainegels Connection Inc. and the Andy Zanca Youth Empowerment Program (AZYEP), hosted by Jenell Hilderbrand and Adele Craft. Tune in to hear inspiring conversations about Mental Wellness with our local students. The conversations will dig deep into topics like anxiety, depression, addiction, self harm, and self care. Learn about solutions and actions we can all take to make a positive impact in our communities. Listen in on the radio or stream live with KDNK on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 4PM.
