Scott Johnson and Peter Mingils discuss Anti-MLM Author Bridgette Read and MLM News on Building Fortunes Radio

On this Building Fortunes Radio Show Scott Johnson and Peter Mingils discuss interview of Comedian Adam Conover and Bridgette Read with comments about Always Stupid Marco Moukhaiber. Scott Johnson and Peter Mingils have spoken about Bridgette Read's book, "Little bosses everywhere" and her interviews online with various anti-mlm hosts. Recently she was in full display on a YouTube interview with Adam Conover. Adam seems to be a good person who revealed his bias and lack of knowledge about MLM as he bantered back and forth with Bridgette Read. Bridgette took a few years to put together her newest book, "Little Bosses Everywhere". Bridgette does what many people who are more academic than real-world and speaks confidently about MLM based on her flawed research about the industry. Following Robert FitzPatrick, the self-proclaimed MLM expert, and his research and publications, like Ponzinomics, this proved to be misguided by Bridgette. Always Stupid Marco Moukhaiber follows the same path. However, it should be noted that he would end up in the same place or worse with or without the help of Robert FitzPatrick. Listen in and make your own opinion. You can see more of what Scott Johnson has on https://www.facebook.com/stoptheamwaytoolscam [https://www.facebook.com/stoptheamwaytoolscam] The Amway tools scam is a hidden profit scheme within the Amway multi-level marketing (MLM) structure that exploits distributors, often leaving them with financial losses instead of the promised wealth. Amway, a well-known MLM company, markets health, beauty, and home products through independent business owners (IBOs). While the company emphasizes product sales, the real money for top-tier distributors, often at the Diamond level or above, comes from selling motivational "tools” like books, tapes, seminars, and rallies, not from product sales. These tools, promoted as essential for success, create a separate revenue stream that disproportionately benefits upline leaders while draining the profits of lower-level distributors.Distributors are pressured to purchase these overpriced tools, often costing hundreds or thousands annually, with promises of learning the secrets to building a lucrative Amway business. However, studies and lawsuits reveal that 99% of Amway distributors lose money, with average earnings below $100 monthly after expenses. The tools business, controlled by high-ranking distributors like Dexter Yager, generates millions for the elite, who earn significant markups on items like cassette tapes sold at rallies for up to $10,000 a night in cash. Meanwhile, new recruits face high startup costs—starter kits, training sessions, and product samples—further eroding their profits. This creates a pyramid-like structure where uplines profit from downlines' purchases, not retail sales, resembling an illegal scheme. Jean Luc starts Crowd Funder account for 50 ft. Sailboat with Peter Mingils on Building Fortunes Radio

Jean Luc and Peter Mingils talk about the Crowdfunder account he has set up for his 50 ft. Sailboat renovation Jean Luc wrote: We need your help to complete the restoration of a 1980 FD-12 50ft sailboat. Only 25 have ever been made ours is #15 https://www.crowdfunder.com/p/the-restoration-of-atma-fd12 [https://www.crowdfunder.com/p/the-restoration-of-atma-fd12] Here's more information about the ATMA FD12: The ATMA FD12, also known as the Flying Dutchman 12, is a 50-foot monohull sailboat designed by German designer Eva Hollmann and built by Ta Yang Yacht Building Co. in Taiwan between 1973 and 1985. With only 25 units produced, it is a rare, custom-built cruiser designed for bluewater sailing, blending performance, stability, and comfort. Commissioned by Dutchman Willem Eickholt, the FD12 reflects a vision for a fast, timeless, and seaworthy vessel, making it a unique choice for long-distance cruising. ### Major Features of the ATMA FD12: 1. Customized Interior Layout: Each FD12 was built to order with fully customizable interiors, typically featuring three cabins (a forward owner's stateroom with ensuite head, a main saloon, and an aft cabin), a U-shaped galley, and a navigation station. The teak woodwork and ample storage enhance livability for extended voyages. https://www.practical-sailor.com/sailboat-reviews/fd-12 https://www.sailboat-cruising.com/Flying-Dutchman-12.html) Robust Construction: The hull is a fiberglass sandwich with Viny foam core, providing strength, lightweight resilience, and insulation against heat and condensation. Longitudinal stringers, fiberglassed bulkheads, and a through-bolted hull-to-deck joint ensure durability, with owners reporting no leaks in the joint.[]. https://www.practical-sailor.com/sailboat-reviews/fd-12 Positive Flotation: Approximately 200 cubic feet of polyurethane foam in the bow, stern, and keel provides positive flotation, a rare feature for cruising boats, enhancing safety by making the vessel nearly unsinkable.[](https://www.practical-sailor.com/sailboat-reviews/fd-12 Performance-Oriented Design: The FD12 features a cutter rig with a keel-stepped mast, a fin keel, and a skeg-hung rudder, balancing speed and stability. Its sail area/displacement ratio of 15.8 indicates moderate power, performing well in 15–20 knot winds, with a hull speed of 10.1 knots. The canoe stern and clipper bow add aesthetic appeal and reduce drag.https://sailboat.guide/ta-yang/flying-dutchman-12 5. Ample Tankage for Long Passages: With 150–250 gallons of water and 250–300 gallons of fuel, the FD12 supports extended cruising, offering a 1,000-mile range under power (Lehman 4D61, 61 HP engine). https://www.practical-sailor.com/sailboat-reviews/fd-12 https://sailboat.guide/ta-yang/flying-dutchman-12 Stability and Safety: A ballast/displacement ratio of 40.8% ensures stiffness, while a capsize screening formula of 1.7 indicates suitability for ocean passages. The skeg is designed to break away in collisions, protecting the rudder. https://www.sailboat-cruising.com/Flying-Dutchman-12.html These features, combined with its limited production, make the FD12 a distinctive, high-quality cruiser for serious sailors. https://www.practical-sailor.com/sailboat-reviews/fd-12)[](https://www.sailboat-cruising.com/Flying-Dutchman-12.html https://sailboat.guide/ta-yang/flying-dutchman-12 The New Youmongus Radio shows are on https://youmongusradio.com [https://youmongusradio.com] . episode Patrick Seaton and Dona Baker on The Imposter Syndromeon the Innovative Management Tools Radio Show with Peter Mingils artwork

Patrick Seaton and Dona Baker on The Imposter Syndromeon the Innovative Management Tools Radio Show with Peter Mingils

Dona Baker returns with Patrick Seaton as she explains The Imposter Syndrome on the Innovative Management Tools Building Fortunes Radio Show with Peter Mingils. Understanding Imposter Syndrome: The Silent Struggle Within. Imposter Syndrome is a psychological pattern where individuals doubt their accomplishments and harbor a persistent fear of being exposed as a "fraud," despite evident success. It's not an official mental health diagnosis but a widely recognized experience that affects people across professions, ages, and backgrounds. Coined in 1978 by psychologists Pauline Clance and Suzanne Imes, the term describes the internal conflict of feeling unworthy of one's achievements, attributing them to luck, deception, or external factors rather than personal ability. People with Imposter Syndrome often believe they've fooled others into thinking they're competent. This self-doubt can manifest as anxiety, perfectionism, or overworking to compensate for perceived inadequacies. High-achievers, such as students, professionals, or creatives, are particularly susceptible, especially in competitive environments. For instance, a successful software engineer might feel their promotions stem from being "in the right place at the right time" rather than their coding expertise. Similarly, a student with straight A's might attribute their grades to easy tests rather than their effort or intelligence. Several factors contribute to Imposter Syndrome. Social pressures, such as unrealistic expectations from family, peers, or society, can fuel self-doubt. Minority groups, including women, people of color, or first-generation professionals, may face added scrutiny, amplifying feelings of not belonging. Perfectionism also plays a role—those who set impossibly high standards may feel like failures when they fall short, even slightly. Additionally, early experiences, like constant comparison to siblings or peers, can embed a lingering sense of inadequacy. The impact of Imposter Syndrome is profound. It can hinder career growth, as individuals may avoid promotions or opportunities, fearing they're unqualified. It can also strain mental health, leading to burnout, anxiety, or depression. Relationships may suffer, as those affected might withdraw to hide their perceived flaws. Overcoming Imposter Syndrome involves self-awareness and actionable steps. Recognizing the pattern is the first hurdle—acknowledging that these feelings are common and don't reflect reality. Reframing negative self-talk, such as replacing "I don't deserve this" with "I earned this through hard work," can shift perspectives. Seeking support, whether through mentors, peers, or therapy, helps normalize these experiences. Tracking achievements, no matter how small, builds confidence over time. Finally, embracing failure as a natural part of growth rather than a confirmation of inadequacy can loosen Imposter Syndrome's grip. By understanding and addressing Imposter Syndrome, individuals can reclaim their confidence, celebrate their successes, and navigate life with authenticity and resilience. En fantastisk app med et enormt stort udvalg af spændende podcasts. Podimo formår virkelig at lave godt indhold, der takler de lidt mere svære emner. At der så også er lydbøger oveni til en billig pris, gør at det er blevet min favorit app.
