What Are Your Priorities?

Morning Mantra: "If it's a priority you'll find a way. If it's not you'll find an excuse." If someone watched your last 30 days, without hearing your thoughts, what would they say your priorities are? You define what is important to you by what you dedicate your time to.  So if you are not including things that are good for you, things that bring you joy, and things that make you feel like yourself, you are wasting your time. When you’re clear about your purpose and priorities, you can painlessly discard whatever does not support these. Whether it’s clutter in your cabinets or commitments on your calendar.  And yes, we must do some things to live (like work, pay bills, etc) but what about the rest of the time? If you don’t choose your priorities, the world will choose for you.  You will find yourself over committed to things that are not helping you live your best life. Good things happen when you get your priorities straight. And the key to that is to not prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities.
