I deleted all my social media accounts and I feel more social than ever

Recently, I deleted my last remaining social account and ironically I found myself being more comfortable, content and calm in everyday life.  so I decided to share this unique experience(Cus now there’s literally almost no one who doesn’t have ANY social accounts) to my listeners and be open about my own experience of social media and why I eventually deleted all of my social media accounts in 2026 🤣   Again, thanks for tuning in and I hope we can see each other next week!

Maybe I Was Born to Move Around

I’ve moved to Tokyo! And I’m very excited to share this crazy news to my listeners and talk about my life basically moving around all around the places.  Although it’s my second time to move to Japan, I still struggle with fear and anxiety that comes with a big transition in life. Ngl… I miss the old K-pop

As a person who was born in 1998, in South Korea, it's a huge lie if you've never been a fan of K-pop. And as person who experieced 2010s K-pop (aka the Golden era of K-pop lol) when they were middle to high school student, it's really hard to NOT compare the "good old days" of K-pop and the current 3-4th generation of K-pop.
