My guest today is Ashley Noyes, the Assistant Dean of Students at Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts [https://www.linkedin.com/in/ashley-noyes-m-ed-9451b658/]. In her role, Ashley is dedicated to fostering student success, leadership development, and holistic wellbeing, and she serves as the primary point of contact for students of concern and their families, leads the CARE Team and case management processes, and works with Title IX, student conduct, and the threat assessment team. Ashley also manages Family Orientation and directs the Weiss Women’s Leadership Program. With more than a decade of experience across student affairs, academic affairs, and higher education teaching, Ashley brings extensive expertise in crisis response, student support, and leadership development. Her professional journey has reinforced the importance of intentional wellness practices, which she now incorporates into her coaching and leadership practices. Recognized for her collaborative approach and strong communication skills, Ashley builds meaningful partnerships that advance student learning, wellbeing, and success. In addition to her administrative leadership, Ashley is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach who facilitates strengths-based leadership development workshops for colleges and universities throughout the Northeast, empowering students and professionals to leverage their talents for greater impact and personal growth.
