No. 1 Contender is a podcast aimed at improving lives of others, while also introducing several different areas of mental health that may otherwise go unnoticed. Hosts Eshu Brown and Troy Burks are two African-American male therapists that have worked with a diverse population and have combined 30 years of experience working with clients with a large array of issues. No. 1 Contender’s main focus is to shine light on the continued battle with self that may impede one’s progress.
