How online tools can help to improve productivity and habits? How do we get started without being overwhelmed? What is great about Notion? In this conversation, I’m joined by Kryštof Ekl, productivity coach and Notion Consultant and we explore in which way tools can be helpful and how to use them most efficiently. Kryštof kicks off the conversation with a systemic view on our productivity looking at the framework, duties and tools. He highlights the role of the tools: helping us to make the steps we need to take to achieve our goals obvious and the tasks we need to do easy. We continue the conversation with a discussion about how to take the first steps when exploring a new tool and delve deeper into the role of experimenting on our own, using online tutorials or existing templates. The key to use our time efficiently with the tools is to be clear on what we want to achieve and we chat about the difference between learning how to use the tools on our own or using experts and mentors.
