012: Metamorphosis: Navigating The Cycles of Change

In this episode, I take us on a journey through the 4 stages of metamorphosis. As we live through the wisdom of the mariposa (the butterfly), we begin to understand the cycles of change and learn how to navigate them in a way that allows us to feel empowered, connected, and faithful. I know that transformational life chapters can be disorienting, confronting, confusing, unnerving even, and I've found that having a better understanding of what’s occurring can assist you in regaining your sense of agency, strength, and empowerment through any meetings with intensity, uncertainty, and insecurity.   This Soul Share will help you to identify where you are in the life cycle stages and support you in understanding what it is that’s being asked of you / required of you in each. With a willingness to be in introspection, asking yourself the appropriate questions, maintaining an aware and trusting heart, and an openness to embracing your emotions as intelligent messengers, you can both triumph and thrive through any trials that find your way.   So wherever you be along the metamorphic journey, may you trust that you are exactly where you "should be". May you surrender to the intelligence that has found your life, and stay open & optimistic for where the current brings you on the other side of your chrysalis. Blessed be! 011: The Quest for Truth: Our Journey Home with Preston Bryant

In this episode, we welcome Preston Bryant - a dedicated psychospiritual coach, writer, and artist who empowers individuals to embrace a state of integrated wholeness through a transformative method known as “Self-embodied recognition.” With a Master’s degree in philosophy, cosmology, and consciousness from CIIS, he draws inspiration from eastern philosophy, creativity, and the pursuit of authentic self-expression. A whole Soul Share dedicated to exploring the concept and experience of discovering Truth, we recognize that no matter what, the Truth is here to set us free and bring us home.   You'll notice Preston and I share many commonalities, and so this conversation really brings through a certain depth I enjoyed so much and found extremely fulfilling. Many of us might resonate with feeling a deep inner yearning to know truth, or resonate with the path of seeking - whether that seeking was truth, freedom, love, wholeness, peace, purpose. Regardless of the subject, we discover that all these seeking paths really lead us home, to the home that is Truth.   So, what is Truth? Who are we in Truth? What gets in the way of knowing ourselves as we truly are? And experiencing the embodied knowing that allows us to live out these essence truths accordingly? In this Soul Share, we muse on these inquiries throughout the episode, where we reveal that both of our journeys of "waking-up" to larger awareness of Self really began with the willingness to meet Truth, whether that Truth was terrifying and destructive, or liberating and comforting.   Preston shares his riveting story of awakening that began it all, where after that, there was no turning back to the familiar, and his life after this moment became a devotion to that unveiling mystery. 010: Life As Ceremony: Becoming The Bridge with Lila Lunaa

In this episode, we welcome mentor, ceremonialist, mystic, artist, writer, and steward of the Waterways movement - Lila Lunaa. Lila has been devoted to the medicine path for many years with master plant and animal teachers, learning through the lineage of the Earth and the lineage of the Mother.      What does it mean to experience your life as one ongoing ceremony?
