About The Bedtime Shush-cast

This podcast is designed to provide parents and caregivers some much needed vocal rest. Each episode is unique and you'll hear a mix of natural and calming shushing sounds to get your little one to sleep. I recorded these tracks to get my own son to bed. I was 'shushing' for so long, I would make myself sleepy. These recordings gave me that much-needed vocal break, and I hope they do for you, too! (Or you can use them for yourself!) Sweet dreams!
