As an overthinker with millions of thoughts racing through my mind, I've found that processing these thoughts is crucial to staying focused and achieving my goals. I share how I use journaling to write affirmations that boost my confidence and bring me back to my "faith zone," where I believe in the possibility of my dreams and trust in a higher power. I explain my method of tackling overthinking by writing down my worries and planning actionable steps to address them. This process often involves a question-and-answer session with myself, helping me find clarity and solutions. Additionally, I discuss the benefits of inner work inspired by the "Universe Guru" on YouTube, which has taught me techniques to release triggers and manifest positivity. For those short on time, I recommend the "5 Minute Journal," which includes prompts for gratitude, daily affirmations, and reflections on the day's events. This practice keeps me grounded and helps manage intrusive thoughts by acknowledging what I can and cannot control. I also highlight the different types of journals I use and how each serves a unique purpose in my mental wellness routine.
