Description

In 2026 ACS (American Cancer Society) estimates  there to be 2,114,850 new cancer cases in the US.  You may already know some of the contributing factors that lead to cancer on a physical level such as tobacco use, pesticides, and the way our food is processed but there is a good chance you may not know the emotional and mental affects that can lead to a diagnosis. Cancer is always about what is "eating" you. In this episode we will take a look at the thoughts, emotions and unprocessed feelings that keep cancer alive in your body.

Mind Chatter: THERE IS ANOTHER WAY: “When your mind takes over… you don’t have to follow it.”

One conversation can change how you experience your life. In the premiere episode of The IndiraLife® Show, Indira Dyal opens the conversation at the heart of her life’s work: What if you are not your mind? Every day, we try to think our way through life. We replay conversations, worry about the future, question our decisions, react in relationships, and search for answers. But the more we think, the more overwhelmed, uncertain, and disconnected life can feel. Indira shares the question that changed everything for her: There has to be another way. Through this first conversation, she begins to reveal how the mind shapes the way we experience life — and why real change does not begin by thinking harder, forcing positivity, or becoming someone else. It begins by seeing the mind for what it is. As the thoughts of the mind are released, another part of us becomes available: the Self — the clear, steady presence that knows. This episode introduces the foundation of IndiraLife® and the practice of Connect. Listen. Trust. Act.® You’ll begin to see how living from the mind creates one experience of life, and how living from Self opens another. If you have ever felt, “There has to be another way,” this conversation is where the journey begins.

episode "I Can't Keep Living Like This... But What's Possible?" artwork

"I Can't Keep Living Like This... But What's Possible?"

You've said it. Maybe out loud, maybe only to yourself at 3am. "I can't keep living like this."  What if that sentence isn't a sign that something has gone wrong, but the first time you've recognized your body's cry for help? In this episode, Manon de Veritch and Dr. Pat Baccili explore what's actually happening beneath the numbness, the impatience, and the quiet loss of desire that so many women in midlife are experiencing but don't have language for. This isn't burnout, it's a transmission. And if you're willing to listen to it, it can lead you to a life of purpose and potential. Manon introduces The Breaking, The Becoming, and The Rising — the three stages every woman moves through on her way back to herself — and the Sovereign Woman spectrum: Maiden, Mother, Sovereign Woman, Crone. Most women in midlife are being called toward the third threshold without knowing it exists. This conversation gives it a name. Surrender is also on the table — not as defeat, but as the most courageous act available to a woman who has held everything together through sheer will. And the conversation closes with the bigger frame: your body is an electromagnetic vessel, your life force is measurable and real, and the woman you are becoming on the other side of this is more possible than anything you've let yourself imagine. If you are ready to stop surviving and start thriving, this episode is for you.
