Loren fell in love with running years ago and has recently challenged me to begin my own journey. In this episode we discuss how to get into running, training techniques, how to set realistic goals, and his recent experience at Ragnar: Northwest Passage. Halfway through the podcast we depart for a 6 mile run and return to finish the second half buzzing from endorphins and baked off the sweet feeling of serotonin slamming our brains.
