Coming Home to Myself: Eva Nagy’s Healing Journey (Part Two)

Send us a text [https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2428198/open_sms] In Part Two of Coming Home to Myself: Eva Nagy’s Healing Journey,  Eva explores how loss initiated a period of change that ultimately led her to rebuild her life with intention. After the loss of her mom, Eva reached a point where staying in grief was no longer sustainable. She chose to turn toward her future, allowing what she had learned through her healing to guide her next steps. This episode is about integration, courage, and making intentional choices that support what comes next. Eva shares how, in just over a year, she rebuilt her life. She moved across the country, started a new job, and began creating a life that is intentional and rooted in self-trust and authenticity. Rather than revisiting the past, she focuses on how healing becomes lived wisdom and how meaningful change requires action, not waiting for certainty. This conversation is for anyone who has done the healing work, feels stuck, and is ready to create their next chapter. Eva's bio:  Eva Nagy is a transformational coach and host of The Joy of Being You podcast. She helps women who have already done the healing work but still feel stuck in the in between.  Drawing from Positive Psychology Coaching and the insights she gained through her own transformation, Eva guides women to create a clear vision, take aligned action, and fully integrate who they have worked so hard to become, so they can finally build the lives they desire. Her approach helps clients turn the strengths they gained from their past, even the painful parts, into a manifestation map for their future.  Eva offers one on one coaching sessions and is launching her group coaching program, From Healing to Becoming Roadmap in 2026.  Free resource:  If you are someone who have done the healing work, became self-aware, and understand your past, but somehow you still feel stuck, Eva created a worksheet for you to help you breakthrough no-man's land and take your first aligned step towards the future you desire. Coming Home to Myself: Eva Nagy’s Healing Journey (Part One)

Send us a text [https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2428198/open_sms] In this first part of her story on The Joy of Being You, Eva Nagy, your podcast host, sits down with her friend and coaching partner, Tiffany Snipes, who interviews her about her transformation. Together, they explore what pushed Eva to begin her healing journey and how the inner shifts that followed started to reshape her entire life. Eva talks about how learning the truth about herself changed everything, but not without cost. This stage of her journey brought spiritual awakenings, deep grief, resentment she had to confront, and painful letting go. As she moved through each layer, she slowly found peace, learned to surrender, and began to understand who she truly was beneath the patterns she had carried for years. Her path was not finished. Just when she thought she was finally standing steady, losing her mom shattered her world and brought her to her knees. In this episode, Eva reflects on the insights, lessons, and breakthroughs that emerged over her long healing journey. These became the foundation for everything that came next.
