About The Nourished Ape

About The Nourished Ape Podcast is the collaborative effort between Sandra Goldenberg + Shawn Ram. The aim of the project is to provide content related to living well in 2016. It begins with the understanding that we are beings, inextricably linked to the "natural world." We function from the notion that the modern world, in many ways, creates ill-health for our bodies and minds. In our own pursuit of knowledge and a better way of living, we discuss how we can feel better in our bodies, think better in our minds and create a greater sense of belonging to the Earth. The podcast showcases the thinkers and doers of Toronto. We seek to foster community and growth in our beautiful city by learning about the people and initiatives that are making positive change in the city and abroad.

They offer specialized service and sales to thousands of boarders since 2008 in the Toronto market.
