I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition & Human Performance, am a nationally certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and am an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Perimenopause coach. I believe deeply in the power of sustainable whole foods nutrition for helping women of every age and season of life to feel better than ever. We are still seeing food marketers label the products 100 calories or less.  While there is a time and a place for packaged snacks like these, we shouldn't be using them to fill our daily diet. While the calorie count is low, so are the nutrients.
