Welcome to the Unapologetically Me in Christ Podcast. This podcast is for women that’s trying to balance their faith, life, and wellness. Come on this faith building journey with two best friends Chasity Bowers and Ebony Liggins who both learned that building your faith is a evolving process that’s better to go through with a community of other like souled women versus alone. So get ready to come before God naked and unashamed with these two women as they lay it all out with in-depth conversations covering topics of relationship, hardship, blended families, marriage, mental health, and faith!Meet Chasity Bowers a wife, mother, and mental health therapist that help women gain the tools they need to Boss-Up their Faith. She’s also the founder of the faith based community, Boss-Up Your Faith, that ties faith and therapy together hand and hand by showing women how their faith influences their mental health. She knows this to be true by dealing with the shame and insecurities of being a teen mom and dealing with depression herself as a black woman of faith. She uses her knowledge, education, and experience to show other women how to get through their life challenges and trauma by “Bossing Up their Faith.”Meet Ebony Liggins a wife, mom, and serial entrepreneur that also uses her skills to help women revamp their social media marketing campaigns. She believes, “we are not defined by what we have endured but what we have conquered.” She lives by this motto because Ebony conquered the challenges of escaping a domestic violence relationship, and breaking the generation curse of poverty as a single mother which lead her on a journey to help other single mom’s to shift their mindset in order to gain wholeness and wealth!
