Birthday's...Getting Older, Lessons Learned or a Time to Reflect?

We can think we will be further in life, or have had done more things, but the truth is, lets just enjoy life, make the memories, do the things, and celebrate the small things. Birthdays are hard for some, easy for a few, complicated for a couple, and joyous for many!  So how we approach our day is okay, its valid and if it means eating the cake, or just going to work and making it another day, THATS OK!  And for those who say age is just a number...tell that to my body who thinks its 60 at least! haha
