7News Just In
A 20-year-old man from Essendon has been arrested by Victorian police for allegedly recruiting thousands of young people to carry out firebombings and violent attacks on businesses across Melbourne. Jesse Hachidi, who operated from his parents' home and called himself 'ComBank', is accused of coordinating violence on behalf of The Commission criminal organisation in the ongoing tobacco and hospitality wars. Police describe this as the most significant arrest since establishing the Lunar and Eclipse Task Forces to combat the organised crime syndicate.
