In this episode, I talk about what inspired me to start this podcast, and the experiences and lessons I learned over the past few years that led to me to where I am today. How I went from being insecure, unhappy, and constantly worrying about what other people thought, to becoming confident, organized, and a more well-rounded person, and what helped me along the way on this journey to self-improvement.
