What is Apple of Discord?

Welcome to Apple of Discord! We're your hosts, Urmi Chatterjee and Abhishri Gupta. There are several unheard voices which can shake systemic structures surrounding global issues. We all have a story, a conversation, that adds to a larger discourse. Hosted by two curious and opinionated twenty-somethings, Apple of Discord is about representing these voices, retelling personal stories, having unapologetic conversations which dissent, and asking pertinent questions about gender, race, identity, discrimination, marginalization, displacement, and the intersections of it all. Through perspectives which explore these political, social, cultural, and historical dialogues, we’re here to bring you to the crux of tipping the scales and shaking the balance of seemingly unyielding constructs.
