It is up to God’s people to dispel the darkness of evil and sin by bringing God’s light to shine upon the earth. But we have another problem. God’s people are scattered and lost. And those entrusted with their care are themselves unfaithful to their call. These are the shepherds, the pastors, the servant leaders. Many of those called do not know what the call is about, and thus have not responded accordingly. There is a dire need to understand the call to servant leadership.
