Descripción

Today we are focusing on the "need" to ask permission to leave the room. I always thought I had to make sure everyone around me is ok before I left a room I was uncomfortable entering to begin with. It has taken me years of therapy, self love and awareness to finally set healthy boundaries and leave when I am ready to leave. It is freedom on a brand new level. We hope this podcast will help many, particularly women, who have ever felt (or are still feeling) the need to make sure everyone else is ok before they leave the room. I am here to tell you, you matter and your safety matters. Leave the room if you are uncomfortable in it. We are so glad you are here and we wish you self love always. This is "Conversations worth having" with Kai and Tara.

Stop Complaining and Start Appreciating

“STOP COMPLAINING… and Start Appreciating.” Simple title. Aggressive title. Necessary title. Because honestly? A lot of people have turned complaining into a personality trait. Everything is a problem. Everything is unfair. Everything is exhausting. Everything deserves commentary. People complain about: their job, their body, traffic, weather, their family, money, social media, being busy, being lonely, being tired, people texting too much, people not texting enough. At some point you have to ask yourself: Are you living…or professionally narrating your dissatisfaction? In this podcast we are attempting to think differently about complaining and change our own narratives and patterns into something more positive. Let's dig in. We are so grateful you are here.
