7/10/20 Interview with Brian Beamish (@CRInvesor on Twitter). Brian has decades of market experience, trading both traditional markets as well as cryptocurrencies. He runs a trading and investing education business called The Rational Investor (TRI), offering three levels of market education. I took TRI's level 1 class, finding it filled with helpful information. TRI is also a community of traders, including message boards with current trading concepts and ideas. 11/22/19 Interview with John McAfee (@officialmcafee on Twitter). John is very well known, not only in the crypto space, but in the mainstream world as well. John blazed a trail for antivirus software back in the 80's when computers were just coming into the spotlight. John founded McAfee associates, the company behind the one of the most popular antivirus software programs in the world. He ran McAfee from 1987 until he left the company in 1994. McAfee Associates is now simply called McAfee, and is still a very well-known brand and solution globally. John has lived a wild life and has also been accused of numerous things. He has too much to his backstory to recap now or even to ask about in the podcast episode, although I was able to catch up with him on a few interesting topics. Over the past year or so John has been on the run from the IRS for refusal to pay taxes. In that time, he was scheduled to speak on a cruise, but sent his body double instead. His body double woke up days later in a hospital, not knowing what happened. Other strange illnesses have also effected his country managers, which he talks about in this episode. John is also running in the 2020 presidential elections in the Libertarian category.
