We don’t have to look for validation in someone else’s opinion, we have a lot of shit going on with our inner child to let other people break our boundaries. I know that everyone has the human right to be heard and understood unless they cross our boundaries. In every situation where you think that you may need validation take a step back and ask yourself “why is this affecting me” In this video, I’ll give you some clues on how to stop seeking validation and don’t let others break your boundaries.
