Flip the Tables: Disrupting Leadership with Love & Truth
Episode 16: Leadership = Kingdom WorkSeason 1 Finale What if leadership were never about titles, platforms, influence, or corner offices? What if leadership were always about Kingdom work? As we close out Season 1 of Flip the Tables: Disrupting Leadership with Love & Truth, we will return to the foundation of everything we have discussed this season: leadership is not merely a professional responsibility but a spiritual calling. Throughout sixteen episodes, we've challenged conventional leadership wisdom, flipped a few tables, stepped on a few toes, and hopefully encouraged leaders to think differently about influence, service, courage, integrity, and love. From difficult conversations and discernment to servant leadership and organizational culture, one truth has remained constant: leadership matters because people matter. Are you building your own kingdom, or are you building His? Expect practical reflection, biblical encouragement, and a few moments of sarcasm (because let's be honest, leadership without a sense of humor is just a really long staff meeting). Season 1 Reflection: This season has explored leadership through the lenses of truth, love, wisdom, courage, character, discernment, organizational health, and servant leadership. More than leadership strategies, these conversations have been invitations to lead differently—to lead like Jesus. Thank you to every guest who shared their wisdom, every listener who joined the conversation, and every leader who continues choosing service over status and purpose over popularity. Looking Ahead to Season 2 Don't worry, we're not leaving the table. We'll be taking a short summer break and returning this September with Season 2. Expect: * New guests * New conversations * New leadership challenges * More practical wisdom * More biblical truth * More table flipping * And, of course, the same blend of sarcasm, Scripture, and love you've come to expect We'll tackle emerging leadership issues, organizational culture, resilience, faith in the workplace, decision-making, conflict, innovation, and the real-world challenges leaders face every day. Because leadership is changing. The world is changing. But truth doesn't. Until September, keep leading with courage, serving with humility, loving people well, and remembering that leadership isn't about being in charge. It's about being responsible for what God has placed in your hands. Leadership isn't just work. Leadership is Kingdom work. See you in Season 2.
