Stress, Anxiety and The Pineapple

This weeks episode starts with the first in our series on stress and anxiety. When we put out a request for questions a few weeks ago, many of you messaged regarding stress or anxiety in leaving cert teenagers. Some of you asked for strategies in dealing with your own personal stress levels and many more of you spoke about anxiety 'coming out of nowhere' and stopping you from doing every day things like socialising. So, we have decided to do a series and hopefully help to satisfy your curiosity about the differences between stress and anxiety and share some of the strategies we have used.

This week, we sent a question box out to our listeners via social media and asked for questions. A large proportion of those questions related to episodes we have recorded so we wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of some of the topics we have covered already. Trying new things, exploring and curating a life aligned with our values (a big one being adventure) is all part of the master plan.  Fiona and Ber talk about some of the new things they have done within the last year. They discuss the benefits of exploring things that they are not good at, being curious and allowing for adventure and play in their lives.
