In this episode, we talk about how to shift from a lower vibrational energy into a higher one. I go over 7 ways that you can practice shifting your energy. This list is not exhaustive, there are so many ways to shift our energy. The first step is always to be mindful of how you feel and consciously choosing and practicing things that make us feel good.
