Genome editing, or genome engineering is a type of genetic engineering in which DNA is inserted deleted, modified or replaced in the genome of a living organism. In this episode we discuss if editing future generations without their permission is ethical and if "designer babies" is a possibility.

Dying With Dignity Part 2

In part 2 of "Dying with Dignity" we discuss the moral and social dilemmas of Physician Assisted Suicide. In part two we include some guest recordings of the opinions of some of our listeners. In this episode entitled "Dying with Dignity" we discuss the moral and social dilemmas of Physician Assisted suicide. The aim of this discussion is to dissect the Doctors hippocratic oath, the difference between euthanasia and physician assisted suicide, and the medical requirements.
