What is our purpose on this earth? How much do we sacrifice our souls calling for financial security?  Is there a time to pack it up, call it a day and succumb to a system that has failed us over and over or should we TRUST our intuition, let the fear become the vehicle to live out our dreams, get in alignment and TRUST the process. Attachment often equals security, which doesn’t exist.  There are no guarantees in Life. Attachment is holding onto what we have - often preventing us from seeing new opportunities because what if this is as good as it gets?   In this episode I’m opening up the question about how much we are actually living life at its fullest, versus playing it safe, giving into the fear and doubt, questioning our abilities to be who we came here to be. EP 61 Inside Animal Shelters & How We Can with Sherr from LA ANIMAL SERVICES

I'm excited to speak with a dear friend of mine who is the very reason BOLT is in my life. Sherr has worked and volunteered in the Shelters in LA for most of her life, and has dedicated her life to speak for those without a voice. Some takeaways from today's Episode 1. Adopt don't shop - you can find your desired breed in a shelter 2. A pet is not a toy you can return when bored, it's a part of the family 3. Chip your dog and have him/her wear a collar with your important information on it, name and number 4. If you lose your pet contact the local shelter, flyer your neighborhood and town, reach out on facebook post on Lost and Found groups, shelters and rescues in your area 5. Spay and neuter your pets 6. A shelter pet is in danger of euthanization, young or old 7. Shelters are overcrowded , understaffed and overworked, it's a stressful environment for the pets 8. Fireworks are horrifying for the pets and the 4th of July is the biggest intake day of the year - hundreds of pets get lost due to negligence by owner - keep your pet inside, play loud music and make sure all windows and doors are locked. 9. You see something, say something 10. You find an injured pet or stray call the local sherrif and animal control 11. Support shelters if you can by donating and/or volunteering 12. EP 60 Trusting the Divine Redirection

In today's solo Episode I share my experience, how to stop forcing and start trusting in divine timing. We often get frustrated when things don't go our way, and try to force it when in reality it's the universe telling us something. Do you ever had it happen where the thing you planned fell through and what ended up happening was so much bigger and better than expected and you were actually grateful for the delay, the obstacle in the way? Trust the process. A great reminder to live in the moment and while strategy and planning might work, so does trusting your gut when things feel off. EP 58 How to bring light into the world without drowning in the darkness

In todays Episode I'm sharing my struggle with wanting to help more animals but not being able to save everyone and sharing my solution, mission and how you can be part of this! I realized recently that my entire Facebook feed had become posts about lost dogs, abandoned animals, abuse cases, rescue emergencies... and while I care deeply about animals, I was starting to feel every day immersed in heartbreak, anger and frustration.
