I explore the pervasive issue of superficial masculinity metrics such as what we wear, facial hair or other surface level concepts of what men 'should' be. This episode was inspired by being told that I am ill equipped to coach men. Not because of a lack of skill or lacking proof of skill. No, merely the length of my beard and pitch of voice was enough.
