RJMP helps victims and offenders, primarily youth, find justice outside of traditional justice processes. With a process that results in (although self-reported) an 8.5% recidivism rate and recovers nearly 80% of all negotiated restitution, Xiani, Ian, and I talk about how reintegrating personal accountability into justice can help youth learn from their mistakes.
