In this second part of the inner child journey, Celestial and Espie dive into some of their childhood shadows. Not all the experiences that shape us are joyful, but they’re just as valuable. There is important information in those moments of confusion, pain or sadness. It’s imperative that we look at them with a safe and healthy lens to understand how they shape us today.

CHRONIC PAIN
