Whatever you do, you must know, what you are doing, what you are doing it for, and what exactly you should do. If you have some abstract ideas and want to implement them, you’ll hardly ever make yourself practice because you are lacking a clear and detailed program or sadhana. -- Master Imram represents the tradition of Kriya which was originally given by Himalayan Saint Babaji Nagaraj. Mahavatar Babaji initiated Imram into Kriya in 2002, and since 2003 Imram himself, with Sri Sathya Sai Baba blessing, has initiated dozens of thousands of people. About Master Imram For more than 20 years, Imram has been visiting different parts of our planet. He spent a lot of time in India, doing Sadhana (Sanskrit: समाधि - «means towards some end»), or – Yoga practice. Owing to his long-time practice of Yoga, Imram has attained Oneness with his Higher Self. In the Science of Kriya this process is called Nirvikalpa Samadhi (where Nirvikalpa means: the highest state, beyond time; samadhi: wholeness, union, accomplishment, fulfillment. In the word Samadhi syllables mean: sa (so) – first cause, transcendental; ma (maha) – great; dhi (dhiyan) – meditation, union). In 2003 Imram got Shaktipat (Sanskrit: bestowing spiritual strength and creative energy) from Sri Satya Sai Baba. Imram’s personal Experience and his deep perception of Oneness principle form the basis of his Yoga practice. The Science of Kriya is an aspect of the Law, manifested in the world as the psychophysical transformation of Light and Sound. This is the way how the world arises. The Science of Kriya represents five values, common to all mankind: Truth, Righteousness, Unconditional Love, Peace, and Non-violence

How music influences chakras

INSTAGRAM | https://www.instagram.com/imram_kriya.yoga OFFICIAL WEBSITE | http://imram-kriya.com -- In human life everything is connected with chakras. Musical instruments belong to man-made creation, but, it is sound, or vibration, that lies at the heart of them. Vibration can also exist in the form of light. Actually, the Creator manifests Himself as sound and light. That’s why music and painting have a strong influence upon people. All manifested forms are vibrations, sound. -- Master Imram represents the tradition of Kriya which was originally given by Himalayan Saint Babaji Nagaraj. Vibrations of the Earth | How their growth influences people

The growth of such vibrations is an inevitable process which can, to some extent, lead to mass hysteria. Mass hysteria occurs because people aren’t prepared to receive such amplitude-frequency characteristics. To be more exact, - not all of them. Vibrations of the Earth are really moving upwards. In the 90-s this characteristic was 7,8 Hz; now there are spikes to 100 Hz. Can you imagine, how people’s consciousness could have changed to provoke such a variation? -- INSTAGRAM | https://www.instagram.com/imram_kriya.yoga OFFICIAL WEBSITE | http://imram-kriya.com -- Master Imram represents the tradition of Kriya which was originally given by Himalayan Saint Babaji Nagaraj. Affirmations | How they influence our subconscious mind

This is a very important theme, as these are affirmations that work with our subconscious mind and build it up. There can be affirmations that work in social life: they attract strength, for example, or money. There are also affirmations that work with spiritual aspects. -- INSTAGRAM | https://www.instagram.com/imram_kriya.eng OFFICIAL WEBSITE | http://imram-kriya.com -- Master Imram represents the tradition of Kriya which was originally given by Himalayan Saint Babaji Nagaraj. Initiation into Kriya Practice | Yoga

A Master – is an embodiment of compassion and unconditional love. But it doesn’t mean that, on the outside, he loves everyone in a way people are used to. Sometimes his love can be rather strict and, from an egoistic point of view, - even inhuman and unkind. A Master knows his disciple inside out and plays with the disciple’s ego. He does it with the consent of this person because the disciple understands that there aren’t any other ways to work with his ego. -- INSTAGRAM | https://www.instagram.com/imram_kriya.eng OFFICIAL WEBSITE | http://imram-kriya.com -- Master Imram represents the tradition of Kriya which was originally given by Himalayan Saint Babaji Nagaraj.
