For this edition of In The Author's Voice, Murphy talks about how he approaches his photography as well as his new book, "Yellowstone Bison: Return of the Last Wild Herd." In May, the US Postal Service dedicated the American Bison stamp featuring an image of a bison from one of Murphy's photographs. Earlier this month, Murphy's book on the bison of Yellowstone, was published.

Dr. Evan Dellon is the Director of the UNC Center for Esphageal Diseases and Swallowing. He talks about one of the fastest growing digestive diseases in the U.S. EoE affects an estimated 1 in 700 people. It's symptoms include difficulty swallowing, food getting stuck, and pain when eating. EoE can disrupt daily life, create anxiety around meals, and lead to food impaction.
