Descripción

For generations, we've been told that a happy life follows a familiar path: find a partner, get married, have children, and live happily ever after. But what happens when life looks different? In this deeply personal and honest conversation, we explore what it means to build a fulfilling life outside society's traditional expectations. We share their very different journeys with relationships, marriage, motherhood, childlessness, and being child-free by choice. Natalie opens up about the heartbreak of multiple miscarriages, the grief of letting go of the future she once imagined, and the societal pressures women face when they don't have children. Lenka shares why she's never wanted children and how she's found peace in the possibility of living a happy, meaningful life without a long-term romantic partner. Together, we discuss the stigma surrounding childlessness, the growing movement of women choosing not to have children, the freedom that comes from embracing your own path, and why your worth is never defined by your relationship status or whether you become a parent. This episode is a powerful reminder that there is no single blueprint for happiness, and that a life filled with purpose, love, connection, and contribution can take many different forms. If you've ever questioned society's expectations around marriage, motherhood, relationships, or what it means to live a meaningful life, this conversation is for you. Listen now and discover why being child-free, childless, or single doesn't mean living with less; it can mean living authentically, intentionally, and fully.

The one-breath trick that reveals where you're stuck with Alexandre Tsuk | Ep 224

One breath. That's all it took to unravel everything Alexandre Tsuk thought he knew about himself. Dragged into a breathwork session he had zero interest in attending, Alex had no intention of participating, no belief it would work, and no plan to change. Then, in a single breath, he received a flash of clarity so total it exposed exactly what was broken in every relationship in his life, with his parents, his kids, his partner, and himself. He cried for an hour and a half. He didn't sleep for three days. And he never went back to who he was before. In this episode, Alex takes us through that moment and everything that followed: why he calls it "forced mindfulness," how conditioning and old stories keep us stuck long after we've outgrown them, and why holding your breath might be the simplest, most honest diagnostic tool you have for finding exactly where you're avoiding your own discomfort. We talk about why you can't force anyone else to change, why dropping judgment (of others and yourself) is the real work, how to build a nervous system that can handle anything, and why the goal was never happiness - it was becoming who you actually are. If you've ever felt like something in you is stuck but couldn't name it, this conversation might just show you exactly where to look - one breath at a time. Alexandre Tsuk Alex is a breathwork facilitator, trainer, and founder of BreathingCold, specialising in nervous system regulation, transformational breathwork, and conscious cold exposure. He creates safe, structured spaces where people can release chronic tension, integrate past experiences, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Born in France and now rooted in Bali and India, Alexandre found breathwork and cold exposure after facing his own depression and made it his mission ever since. Over 10+ years, he's guided 7,000+ people through transformation and trained nearly 600 facilitators now practising worldwide. He's also the founder of BGreener (200+ purpose-driven businesses) and RefillMyBottle (plastic waste reduction). His approach: create a field of trust where you can return to yourself , gently, fully, freely. There’s nothing left for me here… now what? with Lenka and Natalie | Ep 223

Have you ever reached a point where something you once loved simply no longer feels like it belongs in your life? In this episode, Lenka shares a deeply personal experience after returning to a business conference that had been part of her life for seven years. Instead of feeling inspired, she realised she’d quietly outgrown it. Not because anything was wrong with the event or the people, but because she had changed. Together, we explore what happens when we recognise that we’ve reached the end of a chapter. We talk about the courage to let go without guilt, the beauty of moving on without burning bridges, and why personal growth often means choosing alignment over familiarity. We also discuss: * Why outgrowing people, places and experiences is a natural part of life. * The difference between chasing success and creating a life that genuinely brings you joy. * Why smaller communities and deeper conversations can be more fulfilling than bigger opportunities. * How to recognise when it’s time to gently close one door and make space for another. If you’ve been feeling like something in your life no longer fits, whether it’s a job, a community, a relationship or simply an old version of yourself, this conversation is a reminder that it’s okay to move on. Sometimes, “there’s nothing left for me here” isn’t a loss. It’s an invitation to discover what comes next.
