WWE Weekly Review (36) - Clash in Italy, Saturday Night’s Main Event, and Mask vs Mask

Mask vs Mask between the original and real El Grande Americanos stole these two weeks worth of shows. Even with Clash in Italy set to be a very stacked card.For Clash Roman Reigns took on Jacob Fatu in a Tribal Combat match for the World title. Cody Rhodes defended the WWE title against Gunther. Brock Lesnar vs Oba Femi Part 2. Rhea and Jade put on a great performance for the Women’s WWE title. Not to forget SNME’s solid card with the IC title match between Penta and Ethan Page and the World Tag title titles being defended.

WWE PG Era Series 18 - Unforgiven 2008

Unforgiven 2008 was the beginning of PPVs starting to take on their own identity. This one being 3 separate championship scramble matches. One for the WWE, World Heavyweight, and ECW championships. Chris Jericho and Shawn Michaels take their rivalry of the year to the next level with an unsanctioned match. Vickie Guerrero and The Undertaker go face to face in the ring. Cryme Tyme takes on Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase for the World tag titles. Divas title on the line between Michelle McCool and Maryse.

WWE PG Era Series 17 - Summerslam 2008

Summerslam 2008 is one of my favorite PPVs I have watched in this series. You know it’s going to be an interesting show when the Raw and Smackdown main events do not involve the world champions. Edge and Undertaker fought in a Hell in a Cell match. Batista took on John Cena. CM Punk defended his world title against JBL. Triple H faced the great Khalil for the WWE title. Shawn Michaels was scheduled to make an announcement on his career. Chris Jericho foiled those plans. Much more on the Summerslam card. Also cover several releases and signings that happened during this time in 2008.

Weekly review of all things WWE. Another week of Roman Reigns getting out through the announce table by Jacob Fatu. Sol Ruca vs Iyo and Gunther vs Royce Keys were our top matches of the week. SNME card is starting to be filled out. World Tag and IC titles will be on the line. Rhea, Charlotte, and Alexa will take on Jade, B-Fab, and Michin. Weekly review of all things WWE. 5 match Backlash is in the books. Several good matches. Emotional ending to Iyo and Asuka. Is Asuka's time in WWE done? Roman Reigns defended the World title against Jacob Fatu. Roman may have won the match but he was not the one left standing after. Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins finally have their grudge match with Bron going over. Trick Williams successfully defends the U.S title against Sami Zayn. Danhausen and Minihausen defeat Kit Wilson and The Miz. John Cena announces the John Cena Classic.
