Descripción

I’ve moved to Tokyo! And I’m very excited to share this crazy news to my listeners and talk about my life basically moving around all around the places.  Although it’s my second time to move to Japan, I still struggle with fear and anxiety that comes with a big transition in life. But I’ve already made up my mind to accept whatever that happened to me and move on, and ultimately never give up.  Again, thanks for tuning in and hope you guys will have an awesome week next week!

The importance of being vulnerable

In the book ( by Garbor Maté) I’m reading recently, it talked about the reason why people should be vulnerable and why it’s essential to let your kids vulnerable. Also letting them know how to handle that moment of being vulnerable. Basically it conversely emphasis a disastrous outcome of if you don’t let your kid to be vulnerable, “they will cease to relate to life as infinite possibility, to themselves as boundless potential, and to the world as a welcoming and nurturing arena for their self-expression”  and by reading this part, I realised that every greatest growth and greatest improvement came from me accepting the fact that I’m feeling and AM vulnerable and made an action to rectify and resolve the current situation where I felt vulnerable. Because like the book says, “nothing in Nature ‘becomes itself’ without being vulnerable“
