The importance of being vulnerable

In the book ( by Garbor Maté) I’m reading recently, it talked about the reason why people should be vulnerable and why it’s essential to let your kids vulnerable. Also letting them know how to handle that moment of being vulnerable. Basically it conversely emphasis a disastrous outcome of if you don’t let your kid to be vulnerable, “they will cease to relate to life as infinite possibility, to themselves as boundless potential, and to the world as a welcoming and nurturing arena for their self-expression”  and by reading this part, I realised that every greatest growth and greatest improvement came from me accepting the fact that I’m feeling and AM vulnerable and made an action to rectify and resolve the current situation where I felt vulnerable. Because like the book says, “nothing in Nature ‘becomes itself’ without being vulnerable“

GET OUT of the Internet world

Sometimes I feel like I’m not living in the real world because I was immersed in the Internet world without knowing you never know until you actually experience it. Internet is an essential tool for everybody who’s living in 2026, but also it can easily affect u in a very toxic way because sometimes it provokes u to feel anxious, nervous and worried which might lead u to be a complete coward who’s never gonna put it into action.  I thought about this topic a lot recently after I deleted my accounts of social media, and I just wanted to share it with my listeners!  Thank u for listening and hope you’ll have awesome weekend! Question: how do u deal with more than 2 languages?

Being in an enviornment where you have to communicate in 3 languages was my dream and it is absolutely exciting of course, but the more I spent some time and days at work, I can’t deny the fact that I’m discovering so many weak points of my language skills both in English and Japanese (sometimes in Korean too lol)  So I started to be genuinely worried and lost about how am I going to improve both language skills and also, how to be a trilingual who can switch to those 3 languages smoothly and naturally all the time!  Basically this episode is just of me complaining about the status of me at work regarding language haha Again, thank u so much for joining in, hope I can see u next week too! :)

I deleted all my social media accounts and I feel more social than ever

Recently, I deleted my last remaining social account and ironically I found myself being more comfortable, content and calm in everyday life.  so I decided to share this unique experience(Cus now there’s literally almost no one who doesn’t have ANY social accounts) to my listeners and be open about my own experience of social media and why I eventually deleted all of my social media accounts in 2026 🤣   Again, thanks for tuning in and I hope we can see each other next week!
