WCW literally went to the beach for the 1995 Bash at the Beach PPV. They also visited the hit TV show, Baywatch. The episode they filmed titled "Bash at the Beach" didn't air until February of 1996. The double main event featured Hogan in a cage vs. Vader for the WCW Title and Savage vs. Flair in a "Lifeguard Match." This PPV also featured craptastic performances from Renegade, Jim Duggan and Kamala, but they were still better than the acting seen/heard in the Baywatch episode. The "King of the Ring Fling" comes to an end as we celebrate the 20-year anniversary of the 2000 edition of the WWF King of the Ring. This show marks another crown for Kurt Angle en route to the most prolific first-year in WWF history. It also marks the occasion of the unforgettable Hardcore Evening Gown Match... The main event sees the WWF Title on the line in a 6-man tag match with Triple H defending while teaming with Vince & Shane McMahon vs. The Rock, The Undertaker & Kane. Be sure to go back and check the archives to listen to the 1995 and 1996 King of the Ring episodes, as well as other WWF shows from 1995 (In Your House 1) and 2000 (Judgment Day). The next two episodes dive into WCW in 1995 with Bash at the Beach and Clash of the Champions 31.

Compared to 1995, a much better wrestling show highlighted by the performance of Stone Cold Steve Austin and a main event featuring Shawn Michaels defending the WWF Championship against Davey Boy Smith with Mr. Perfect serving as a special enforcer.
