Descripción

As our Courageous Christianity series comes to a close, we arrive at Joshua’s final words to the people of Israel. Looking back over God’s unwavering faithfulness, Joshua issues a timeless challenge: “Choose this day whom you will serve… But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24) In this message from Joshua 24, we discover that the Christian life begins, continues, and ends by God’s grace. Joshua reminds Israel that it was God who called, rescued, sustained, and established His people, not because of their strength, but because of His covenant faithfulness. Their response, and ours, is wholehearted worship and steadfast commitment to the Lord. Join us as we explore how God’s grace initiates our salvation, empowers our obedience, and faithfully carries us home. Whether you’re facing challenges in your faith, marriage, family, or daily walk with Christ, this passage reminds us that the God who calls His people is the God who will complete His work in them.

Be Still

Life often feels anything but still. Natural disasters, uncertainty, broken relationships, troubling headlines, and personal struggles can leave us overwhelmed with fear and searching for security. Yet Psalm 46 offers a timeless invitation: “Be still, and know that I am God.” In this second message of our Summer in Psalms series, we discover that biblical faith isn’t about pretending we have no fears, it’s about bringing those fears to the God who is our refuge and strength. Together, we’ll explore how God’s presence, power, and promises give His people unshakable confidence even when everything around them seems to be falling apart. Whether you’re carrying anxiety, facing uncertainty, or simply longing for a deeper trust in God, this sermon will encourage you to stop striving, rest in Christ, and find peace in the One who is our fortress. Join us as we begin our journey through the Psalms and learn what it truly means to be still and know that He is God.

When Marriage Runs Out of Wine

Every marriage will eventually face seasons when the "wine runs out", times of disappointment, strain, unmet expectations, or weariness. But the miracle at Cana reminds us that what feels empty to us is often the very place where Christ chooses to reveal His glory. In this sermon from John 2:1-11, we explore how God designed marriage to reflect the gospel of Jesus Christ and why Christ's first miracle at a wedding was no coincidence. Discover how Jesus transforms ordinary relationships through His grace, why every marriage has seasons of challenge, and how His covenant faithfulness gives hope when love feels difficult. Whether you are newly married, have been married for decades, preparing for marriage, or simply want to understand God's design for this sacred covenant, this message offers biblical encouragement, practical wisdom, and lasting hope. Join us as we see that with Christ, the best is not necessarily behind us: the best is yet to come.

Courageous Christianity – Courageous to the End

How do we face the reality of death without fear? In Part 9 of our Courageous Christianity series, “Courageous to the End,” we journey through Joshua 23 as Joshua delivers his final words to Israel after a lifetime of God’s faithfulness. As Joshua looks back on God’s promises and ahead to the end of his life, he calls God’s people to remember the Lord’s faithfulness, remain steadfast in obedience, and cling to the One who never fails. This message challenges us to see our lives as part of God’s eternal story and to live for what truly lasts. Most importantly, Joshua’s farewell points us to Jesus Christ, the greater Joshua, who faced death on our behalf, conquered the grave, and gives His people the courage to face both life and death with unwavering hope. Whether you’re wrestling with uncertainty, grieving loss, or simply seeking to live with greater purpose, this message offers biblical encouragement to stand firm, trust God’s promises, and remain faithful to the very end.

Courageous Christianity - Courageous Endurance

What keeps us going when we are exhausted, overwhelmed, and ready to give up? In Part 10 of our Courageous Christianity series, “Courageous Endurance,” we turn to Joshua 10:1–15 and one of the most remarkable accounts in Scripture, the day the sun stood still. As Joshua and Israel face overwhelming opposition, crushing responsibility, and physical exhaustion, God demonstrates His faithfulness in a powerful way. This message explores how believers can endure through seasons of fatigue, discover clarity in the midst of hardship, and find strength in the God who fights for His people. Together, we’ll consider the circumstances that often lead to burnout, the importance of remembering our God-given purpose, and the hope found in Jesus Christ—the greater Champion who endured the cross and now intercedes for His people. If you’re feeling weary, discouraged, or stretched beyond your limits, this message offers biblical encouragement and a reminder that our endurance is ultimately sustained not by our own strength, but by the Lord who is with us wherever we go.
