Lunch/Dinner: Comforting Chicken Noodle Soup
You will need: ~10cm piece of Ginger, 2 Garlic cloves, 2 Whole Chickens (~1.2kg), handful Coriander seeds, 2-3 Cinnamon sticks, 3 Limes, ~ 1 tsp Salt, ~ 3 TBSP Soya sauce, ~ 2L preferred Stock, 2 handfuls each chopped Parsley & Spring onion, 1 thinly sliced Chili (if you like heat)
Quick & Easy Banana Bread
You will need: 6 ripe bananas, 4 eggs, ½ cup or a more (depending on ripeness of Bananas), 100g or ½ cup melted butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp all spice, ½ nutmeg, ½ tsp salt, 2 cups flour plus 3 tsp baking powder
Breakfast: Creamy Peanut Butter Oatmeal with Bananas & Chia Seeds (GF/DF/RSF/Vegan)
You will need: ½ cup quick cooking GF Oats, ~ ½ cup water, ~ ½ cup unsweetened Almond milk (or more depending on desired consistency), pinch off Salt, 1 TBSP natural Peanut Butter, 1 tsp Chia seeds, 1 small sliced Banana.
Lunch/Dinner: Sumac & Oregano Roast Chicken
You will need: 2 Chickens (~1.2kg), 8 Garlic cloves, 4 heaped TBSP Sumac, ~ 1 TBSP Oregano, ~ 3 or 4 TBSP soft butter~ ½ tsp pepper, ~ 1 ½ tsp salt.
