Burbank Public Library looking for information on 2001 time capsule

The monument outside Burbank's Public Library has four cubbies. Officials say the monument holds "four time capsules, with one capsule to be added every 25 years between 1976 and 2076.” When officials opened a time capsule from 2001, they were left with a surprise.
