HII everyone, it’s been awhile since I’ve last posted on my podcast! But I’m so glad to be back to talk to you guys again. Thank you for listening to my podcast as I was gone for a little bit. What I’ve learned being gone!

Even as a podcaster I still have personal things in life that can still cause my attention to be elsewhere so much than the podcast! Does that mean I don’t care about my audience & who listens ofc not, I love everyone who listens & takes time out of their day, But as a person who struggles with mental health & other things sometimes I have to stay away from the internet for awhile to get a grip & hold on life again to be okay to come back. But I hope this episode encourages those who are thinking of logging off for awhile to just refocus on things to come back better. Welcome back to let’s talk mental talk.
