This week I dive into a current struggle I’m facing. I talk about my lack of balance, as a working and stay at home mom. I discuss how I “cope” or struggle to and having tunnel vision when it comes to facing hardship. I also unpack some of the emotions that have come with feeling overwhelmed. This episode has no advice or answers to these hard times I am facing, but this episode is from the heart and helped me sort through some of my thoughts and emotions. I know I am not the only one having a hard time with this and hope this helps more working moms feel less alone. 🤍
