We should focus our energy on improving ourselves instead of trying to figure out what’s wrong/right with others. I’ve gotten to the point in life that when someone triggers me I pause and reflect on why I’m triggered. If I AM the one that’s mad that’s a personal problem! 😆 Therefore, it’s not you it’s me! 😝 It’s something in me I need to confront. Why am I worried about you? For example, If I get triggered cause you’re gay then there’s some hatred in me I need to confront because I don’t have anything to do with you and how you live your life. You’re free to be who you want to be! Who am I to feel I can control who or what you are? It’s none of my concern as long as you don’t intrude on my happiness, peace, etc … carry on! In other words if someone’s happy…. Bitch why you mad?! Lol 😂
